THQ Nordic has opened pre-orders for Titan Quest II on Xbox Series X|S, with a full release set for Jan. 19, 2027. The publisher announced the news in a post on Xbox Wire, Microsoft’s Xbox news site, written by Florian Emmerich, head of PR at THQ Nordic.

Titan Quest II is an action role-playing game set in a reimagined ancient Greece. Players try to stop Nemesis, the Goddess of Retribution, from corrupting what the game calls the Threads of Fate. The game is made by Grimlore Games and published by THQ Nordic. It is the sequel to the original Titan Quest.

Two editions are available. The Standard Edition costs $59.99, or €59.99. The Ultimate Edition costs $79.99, or €79.99.

Both editions include a Cosmic Turtle Companion as a pre-order bonus and 96 hours of early access. That lets players start as early as Jan. 15, 2027, the company said. Owners of the original Titan Quest on Xbox also get a 10% loyalty discount, according to the post, which lists the discount under the Standard Edition.

The Ultimate Edition also includes the original Titan Quest and its expansions, Ragnarök and Atlantis. The post says they are playable immediately after pre-order.

The game entered Early Access on PC in August 2025. The publisher said it added new regions, Masteries, enemies, bosses, crafting and multiplayer during that period. It said the full release concludes the story.

Players choose two of six Masteries and combine them into a hybrid class, according to the post. The six are Earth, Storm, Warfare, Rogue, Forge and Spirit. Any two can be paired, which the company said gives 15 combinations.

The post also says players can use any weapons and equipment with any class, and can respec, or rebuild, their character at any time for a small gold cost. Enemies fight in factions and combine abilities, and a system called Rituals lets players adjust the difficulty. The game includes cooperative online multiplayer.

The post is dated Oct. 29, 2026, but one line says pre-orders open “today, October 28.” The post does not explain the difference.
